- DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

- WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY GARMENT?

Send us an email with your order number and a photo of the faulty garment. Once we have received your request, we will assess the situation and proceed with a new shipment or refund.

- WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A WRONG ORDER?

Send us an email with your order number and a photo of the garment that was sent to you by mistake. Once we have received the request, we will proceed with the shipment of the correct garment.

- HOW CAN I USE A VOUCHER / PROMO CODE?

When you are ready to checkout, click on proceed to checkout. You will have the option to add a promo code to your order. Remember, only one promo code can be used per order. 

- CAN I USE A DISCOUNT CODE AND THE GIFT CARD IN THE SAME ORDER?

Yup! You can use a discount code and your Gift Card in the same order. Gift Cards are a valid form of payment, even if discount codes are used.

- WHAT CAN I DO IF THE DISCOUNT CODE OR GIFT CARD DOES NOT WORK?

Make sure your entry is correct and that you have checked the status of your caps lock. If after the necessary checks and attempts you still have problems, contact our Customer Service by clicking here

- HOW LONG WILL IT TAKES TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

If the products in your order are in stock, your order will be shipped within 15 business days. During the periods of sales or promotional events there may be delays in the shipment of your orders.

- HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from the courier who has taken charge of the shipment, thus giving you the possibility to access the track of the package.

- HOW LONG IS MY GIFT CARD VALID FOR?

Gift Cards are valid for 1 year from their purchase.

- HOW DO I KNOW IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY RETURN?

As soon as we receive the return in our offices, we will send you a confirmation email. Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to process your return and refund your card.
