TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The security thread on items that are returned must not be cut or broken. The garments must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use or damage.
Each garment must be returned with all labels and tags attached, including all original packaging, boxes and accessories (bags, hangers, clothes covers, etc.) received with the order. In the package sent by the Customer, a copy of the completed withdrawal form must also be included and previously sent to servizioclienti@mariateresapellegrino.com.

Returns authorized by MARIATERESAPELLEGRINO.COM must be shipped from the same country in which the original order was delivered.
MARIATERESAPELLEGRINO.COM also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all the conditions provided.

In these cases, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.

For all aspects not expressed in detail, the Italian legislation Legislative Decree 206.2005 and the European legislation for distance trading prevail.
