Refund policy
RETURNS AND RIGHT OF REFUND
If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with his purchase, the unworn, unaltered and undamaged items can be returned for size / color change, coupon conversion or refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The security thread on the items to be returned must not be cut or broken.
Return instructions
To request a return authorization, you need to send an email to servizioclienti@mariateresapellegrino.com, enter the order number indicating the name of the item to be returned. Alternatively, fill in and send to servizioclienti@mariateresapellegrino.com the form for exercising the right of reconsideration that will be made available on the website. Once the procedure is completed, MARIATERESAPELLEGRINO.COM will send a confirmation by e-mail, containing the Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.), the shipping label and the instructions to be followed to return the goods.
The return shipment must be carried out by the Customer with a trusted courier and all transport costs will be at his expense.
The return shipment must take place within 14 days from the notice of withdrawal.
There are n. 3 compensation options:
1. Change of size / color
It is possible to change only for a different size or a different color of the same item, if available.
2. Coupon
As soon as the return is received and processed, a code of the total value of the returned items will be sent to the customer, to be used for subsequent purchases. Any cost originally incurred for shipping the order will be included in the Coupon only if all the items purchased are returned.
There Coupon:
- can be used only once within 3 months from the time of return;
- cannot be combined with other Coupons;
- must be used entirely in an order of equal or greater value.
3. Refund
The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at the warehouses of MARIATERESAPELLEGRINO.COM and the garments will be checked and validated as compliant.
For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in about 10 days and will be visible on the next card statement. The timing may vary according to the banking circuit of the credit card used.
For orders paid with Paypal the amount will be returned to the original account.
The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded. Any cost originally incurred for shipping the order will be reimbursed to the customer.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS: PERSONALIZED SERVICE
For the Personalized Service, available for consultation clicking here, the right of withdrawal is excluded, pursuant to art.59, becamec) of the Consumer Code, in the case of products made to measure according to the customer's needs (sleeve length, bust width, waist size). Therefore,it will not be possible to make returns and refundson the customized products received.
