The cost of shipping is free for any order*

* Shipping amounts to € 5 for: Sicily, Sardinia, Calabria, Venice and smaller islands.

Shipping is € 10 for European countries.

Shipments to Italy, San Marino and Vatican City are made by courier GLS.

MARIATERESAPELLEGRINO.COM does not deliver to post office boxes (P.O. Boxes).
Packages destined for countries within the European Union do not contain an invoice or any other documentation with the value of the goods.
All shipments to countries outside the European Union, as required by customs procedures, are accompanied by an official invoice that declares the value of the individual items. ______________________________________________________________________________

DELIVERY TIME

MARIATERESAPELLEGRINO.COM ships all over the world via UPS and DHL couriers.

AVAILABLE PRODUCTS:
The items already available are shipped in 15 working days (working week from Monday to Friday) from the order date, while the accessories in 10 working days 
from the date of the order. If an order contains both garments and accessories, it will be shipped as soon as all the items purchased are ready.

During the sales or promotions period, shipments may take longer.

BOOKABLE PRODUCTS:
Bookable items are shipped as soon as they are available in stock.
Payment is made at the time of the order, although the goods are shipped in the following weeks or months.
We wish to remind new customers that MARIATERESAPELLEGRINO.COM can ask their bank or Paypal to verify the transaction, also by contacting the counterparty bank. This verification could cause some delay in the shipment of the order.

MARIATERESAPELLEGRINO.COM is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls, or due to force majeure beyond our control.

TRACEABILITY OF THE SHIPMENT

When the order is shipped, customers receive an e-mail from MARIATERESAPELLEGRINO.COM with the tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of the shipment.
In case of delays due to customs offices, customers will be contacted directly by the courier or by MARIATERESAPELLEGRINO.COM. ______________________________________________________________________________

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE ORDER DELIVERY PHASE

Upon arrival of the goods, customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before signing as proof of delivery of the shipment.
If, for any reason, the box with the "MARIATERESA PELLEGRINO" print or some parts of the packaging appear tampered with, customers are asked to sign the receipt with reservation, or to refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unrecognized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are requested to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact MARIATERESAPELLEGRINO.COM at customer service@mariateresapellegrino.com. If a reception or concierge is available at the address, the courier is authorized to deliver the package to the staff present.

If the package and / or the items inside are damaged, or if an item indicated on the delivery note is missing inside, the packaging must be kept for further checks. Any dispute regarding damage, shortages, or delivery to an incorrect address must be received by MARIATERESAPELLEGRINO.COM within a maximum of 10 days from the delivery date shown on the courier's website, otherwise it will not be accepted.

All customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with MARIATERESAPELLEGRINO.COM and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered for reasons dependent on the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses the delivery, the shipping costs and any customs duties will be deducted from the refund. due to the customer. ______________________________________________________________________________

INSURED SHIPPING

Shipments made by MARIATERESAPELLEGRINO.COM are insured free of charge against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment reaches its destination, the insurance loses its validity.
